Andrew and his team moved us last Friday, from Coomera Waters to Pimpama. They arrived on time were friendly, communicated very well and nothing was a problem. The whole house was moved in 4 and a half hours at a great price.

My grandparents recently had a terrible experience with another removalist which left us searching for another one on a Sunday. Justin was responsive and committed from early Sunday morning and worked tirelessly to get my grandparents quoted and booked. I would be using their service again. I ended up paying around $1000 with them when comparing to a $3,300 quote from another big company which I have used their service before. I always concern about using a service that I do not know. I have also observed the way this company (First Choice Removals) packed my items in their truck. The boys always covered most if not all my items with protection. I was a bit concerned at first with the time spent as I was paying per hour with them. Anyway, I have zero damage to my items so it was good at the end. They also help me to carry items at my new place around the house to where I like them to be. I might have to pay a small amount for the time spent in move things around. Yet, that has helped me not to get back pain. Overall, very happy with their service. In my opinion, their price is reasonable and a good quality teams.
